We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced female customer support representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and complaints
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
