Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Order Confirmation:

    • Accurately confirm and process customer orders, ensuring order details are precise and meet quality standards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies and provide timely resolution to customers.
  2. Vendors Onboarding:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, collecting necessary documentation and information.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and adherence to company standards.
  3. Vendors Follow-ups:

    • Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and address any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize vendor performance and strengthen partnerships.
  4. Calling Courier Companies/Follow-ups:

    • Communicate effectively with courier companies to coordinate shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.
    • Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  5. Customer Product Reviews:

    • Initiate courteous and professional calls to customers for product reviews, gathering valuable feedback.
    • Document customer reviews and feedback, sharing insights with relevant teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Call Center experience will be preferred.
