Branch Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Branch Supervisor position based in Lahore, offering a morning shift schedule with a monthly salary range of PKR 35,000 to 45,000. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The supervisor will also be responsible for inventory monitoring, product displays, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and adherence to standard operating procedures. Candidates should be prepared to work 12-hour shifts and bring relevant retail or grocery store experience to the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage retail staff to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
- Support daily store activities including opening, closing, and overall operational management.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain attractive product displays.
- Assist with cash handling processes and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and compliant with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and improve store performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working in retail or grocery store environments.
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
