We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and developing the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory, and achieving operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership abilities, a focus on business performance, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance:
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets consistently.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost store profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve high performance.
- Manage employee schedules and attendance records efficiently.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team effectiveness.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and productive work environment.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Store Operations:
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation standards.
- Coordinate operational needs with the head office.
Inventory & Asset Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Minimize inventory shrinkage and prevent losses through effective controls.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure proper handling of merchandise.
Cash & Financial Management:
- Supervise cash handling and banking procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Verify daily sales reconciliation and monitor operational expenses.
- Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and all relevant legal regulations.
- Maintain workplace safety and security standards.
- Report incidents and operational issues promptly to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Candidates should be residents of Rawalpindi or Islamabad with family commitments. Walk-in interviews are conducted Monday to Saturday (excluding Friday) from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
