We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a grocery retail store located in Lahore. This full-time position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, ensure smooth store functioning, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high store standards, managing inventory and cash handling processes, and preparing detailed performance reports to support business growth. This role operates on an evening shift with a 12-hour schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead store staff to ensure efficient and effective daily operations.
- Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
- Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail or grocery store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in handling sales data, inventory management, and cash operations.
- Ability to work a 12-hour evening shift consistently.
