Royal Solar Energy, a fast-growing leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations at its DHA Phase 8 location. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional to manage daily activities, lead both sales and technical teams, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the branch’s performance, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to the company’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations, including sales, installation projects, and after-sales support.
- Lead and motivate the branch team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee inventory management, monitor project timelines, and maintain quality control standards.
- Work closely with the technical team to coordinate smooth installations and ongoing maintenance services.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in branch or operations management, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and staff.
- Well-developed organizational abilities to manage multiple operational facets simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of solar energy products, installation procedures, and maintenance protocols.
