IAUK Study Abroad Consultants is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead its Islamabad office. The successful candidate will have a solid background in education consultancy, particularly in international student recruitment and team leadership. This role involves managing daily branch operations, guiding a team of education consultants, and driving the company’s growth by building strong relationships with educational institutions. The Branch Manager will also represent IAUK at various events, playing a key role in enhancing the company’s presence and reputation in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Islamabad branch to ensure smooth functioning and the achievement of organizational goals. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of education consultants and support staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Ensure the branch consistently meets student recruitment targets while maintaining excellent service quality standards. Provide expert counseling to students interested in study abroad opportunities in the UK, Australia, Canada, the USA, and Europe. Manage the entire student journey from initial counseling through visa filing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Maintain high client satisfaction and conversion rates through effective communication and personalized guidance. Develop and nurture strong relationships with local schools, colleges, and institutions to generate leads and expand the client base. Represent IAUK at educational expos, seminars, and community events to boost brand visibility and outreach. Monitor local market trends and provide insights to support strategic planning and business development. Prepare and submit performance reports and updates to the Head Office in the UK. Ensure compliance with company protocols and partner university requirements. Collaborate closely with global university partners and admissions teams to facilitate student admissions.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Education, Business, or Marketing. At least 5 years of experience in the Education Consultancy industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or branch leadership role. Strong knowledge of international admissions processes and visa regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills. Proven ability to meet targets and lead a results-driven team. Willingness and ability to reliably commute or relocate to Islamabad prior to starting work.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Willingness to travel up to 25% as part of the job responsibilities. This is a full-time position based in the Islamabad office. The starting salary is competitive, beginning at Rs150,000 per month. The expected start date for this role is July 25, 2025.
