Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract.
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address client's needs and concerns
  • Addressing issues and educating customers.
  • Strong computer skills and highly proficient Google Workspace, CRMs (Salesforce), and company communication tools (Zoom, Salesforce, MS Excel MS Word).Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platformsTo Find prospects and follow sales leads.
  • Tracking customer experiences across online & offline channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM systems
  • Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address client's needs and concerns
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasksEscalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Candidates should have good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in current Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Effectively handle the emails & tickets assigned to you for data entry; maintain Organization speed for the data entry assignments.
  • Candidate should be responsible and dependable.
  • Candidates should have good Analytical skills.
  • Candidates with a long-term commitment to stay with our company are required
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
