Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze social media trends.
  • Set social media goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and schedules.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Optimize social media profiles for better visibility.

Advertising and Promotion:

  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid social).
  • Manage social media budgets and track ROI.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks).
  • Provide regular reporting on social media performance.
  • Use data to inform future social media strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, sales).
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers.
  • Ensure social media alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in social media campaigns.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
