•To supervise regular data collection and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations

• To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way

• To analyse and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data

• Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant programme staff and Head of Monitoring

• Ensure that implementation of field activities adheres to BRAC Pakistan’s monitoring and evaluation system as well as requirements of donors

• Provide support in conducting baseline surveys and KAP surveys

• Provide support in developing the annual and progress reports

• Provide support in dealing with any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitoring

1.1 Develop project monitoring plan (PMP) of the projects in line with project LFA and in consultationwith programme teams

1.2 Coordinate with respective programme teams for collection of data against agreed indicators

1.3 Engage with programme teams to collect and manage essential data of their respective projects

1.4 Ensure quality of data collected from the field

1.5 Provide feedback to programme teams and Head of Monitoring on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings

1.6 Assist Head of Monitoring in building capacity of programme teams

2. Evaluation

2.1 Assist Head of Monitoring in designing, coordinating and conducting project evaluations (mid-term and end-line)

2.2 Provide support in designing and conducting Post Implementation Monitoring Survey (PIMS)

2.3 Provide support in conducting Programme Data Review.
