This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Islamabad. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving customer queries, building rapport with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Call Center Representative will also be required to have computer literacy skills, be detail-oriented, and efficient in data entry and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and support
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve customer satisfaction and meet established metrics
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
