Export Manager

Seeking an experienced Export Manager to handle international trade documentation and maintain financial records. The role primarily focuses on managing export operations while supporting basic accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage export documentation through PSW system, including L/C and other credit terms
Coordinate with shipping/courier companies and agents for timely cargo delivery
Handle product costing calculations and basic vendor records
Work with Production Manager to control manufacturing and delivery timelines
Ensure on-time product dispatch and delivery as per customer requirements
Maintain organized records of export transactions and related costs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or related field
3+ years experience in export operations
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and PSW system
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
