We are looking for an Executive Assistant and a Billing and Customer Care Representative who excel at administrative support and have prior customer service and billing experience. If you possess excellent communication skills with an American English accent, we want you to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the company's CEO, provide top-notch administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. Handle inbound/outgoing customer calls with patience, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. Use your familiarity with billing procedures to effectively and efficiently handle and process financial documentation. Coordinate schedules, online and in-person meetings, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, maintaining the highest quality standard.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong background in customer service, including experience in handling phone calls and addressing inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in billing processes and financial transactions
  • Outstanding command of American English with a clear and pleasant accent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You will establish and maintain a positive working relationship with our clients, soliciting necessary information from them and handling any inquiries they may have regarding their business/personal accounts.

Notes:

  • You will be required to work for 8 hours, 5 days a week, adhering to the US Eastern Time Zone (UTC -5) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This corresponds to Pakistan time from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
  • Compensation: Based on education and experience
