Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh starters or individuals with a passion for connecting talent to opportunities. You will work in a dynamic environment, learning the ropes of recruitment and building valuable skills for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen and interview potential candidates to understand their skills and career goals.
Match candidates with suitable job roles and present them to clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
Assist in writing and posting job advertisements.
Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and maintain the database.
Provide support during the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Qualifications:

A passion for recruitment and helping people achieve their career goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Business, HR, or a related field (or currently pursuing one) is a plus.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is an advantage.
