Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Plan and organize production schedules, ensuring efficient manufacturing flow, and liaise with other departments for order flow.
- Team Management: Lead, train, schedule, and motivate dispatch, warehouse, and packing teams, monitoring performance and fostering a safe environment.
- Logistics & Warehousing: Manage goods-in/out, optimize warehouse space, oversee picking, packing, loading, and stock-taking.
- Dispatch & Delivery: Coordinate daily dispatches, assign tasks, optimize delivery routes, track shipments (GPS), and ensure timely delivery.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all packing and dispatch activities meet quality standards (like cGMP) and safety regulations (health, driver compliance).
- Customer & Supplier Relations: Communicate with clients on ETAs, handle complaints, and liaise with freight providers.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement new procedures for better productivity and cost savings
