- Oversee day-to-day business operations, assign performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish own goals.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers & customers for smooth running of business process.
- Develop, implement, and maintain resource allocation plans.
- Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
- Working closely with accountant and other senior staff for improving internal processes for better productivity.
- Coordinate employees and supervise and lead lower-level managers.
- Developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
- Analyzing accounting and financial data.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Generating reports and giving presentations.
- Recruit, onboard, and train employees to achieve objectives of smooth working, sales, profitability, etc.
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; and coordinating actions with staff.
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Education must be at least Masters. (Management Field).
- At least 5 years of experience in any manufacturing organization (Export House) as GM.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office. (MS EXCEL & POWERPOINT)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills (Fluent in English)
- Proven success in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
