- Conduct routine patrols to identify and address security risks.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for prompt detection and response to security issues.
- Control access points, verifying the identity of individuals and issuing visitor badges.
- Maintain an accurate log of visitors and ensure restricted areas are only accessed by authorized personnel.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly, taking immediate action to mitigate threats.
- Coordinate with emergency services when necessary and document all incidents and suspicious activities.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors, sharing information and updates.
- Ensure proper functioning of security equipment and report any malfunctions for repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and directions.
