Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative design concepts for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print media, branding, and packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
Lead design projects, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design efforts.
Communicate and present design ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
Maintain consistency in design across all touchpoints and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and creative solutions.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
