Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain both automated and manual test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results to identify defects, and verify that the software meets quality standards.
Continuously refine and expand the automation framework to improve efficiency and coverage.
Document and report defects, tracking them through the defect management tool until resolved.
Support the maintenance of test environments and contribute to the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Promote adherence to best practices and testing standards, ensuring consistency and quality across the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Engineer, QA Tester, or similar role within an IT environment.
Strong understanding of automation systems and database structures.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages and related automation procedures.
Expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio.
Familiarity with a variety of testing protocols and methodologies.
Knowledge of various testing types, including white-box and black-box testing.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
Good time management and organizational skills, with a collaborative work approach.
Proven ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.
