We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to join our dynamic team at our head office. This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for growth within the company. The role involves direct customer interaction, customer service, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, a quick learner, and ready to contribute to our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one meetings with walk-in and field customers to provide consultancy services.
Actively participate in business development strategies to generate revenue for the company.
Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Assist in social media marketing and online customer engagement.
Perform market research to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fresh graduate with no prior experience (full training will be provided).
Energetic, confident, and well-spoken, with a passion for customer service.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
A quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and tasks quickly.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Research-oriented with a keen interest in business development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Benefits:

Salary Rs 35,000/-plus sales commission for first 3 months.
Salary may be raised after 3 months of probation based on Sales Performance and Revenue generation.
