We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Business Development to join our dynamic team at our head office based at DHA Phase-3, Lahore.

This is an entry-level position for a 'Fresh Graduate' with excellent opportunities for growth within the company. The role involves direct customer interaction, customer service, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, a quick learner, and ready to contribute to our expanding operations. This role offers great learning opportunities and fast growth within the company and business consultancy industry for energetic graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Revenue generation, Business Development, and Conducting one-on-one meetings with walk-in and field customers to provide and sell Visa consultancy services.
Actively participate in business development strategies to generate revenue for the company.
Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Assist in social media marketing and online customer engagement.
Continuously perform market research to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fresh graduate with no prior experience, minimum Bacheor's degree (full training will be provided).
Energetic, confident, and well-spoken, with a passion for customer service.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
A quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and tasks quickly.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
Research-oriented with a keen interest in business development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Preferably a Resident of Lahore who lives nearby the DHA Phase-3 area, to reach office conveniently on time.

Benefits:

Salary Rs 35,000/-plus sales commission for first 3 months and company bonuses.
Salary will be raised after 3 months of probation based on Sales Performance and Revenue generation.
