Blesso Cosmetics seeks a Senior .NET Instructor to deliver comprehensive live online training on modern Microsoft technologies focusing on C# 14, ASP.NET Core, AI integration, and cloud deployment. The role involves designing detailed curriculums, creating practical coding projects based on real-world business scenarios, and mentoring students to develop production-ready applications using clean architecture and SOLID principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics in an engaging and clear manner are essential to succeed in this position. The Senior .NET Instructor must possess deep expertise in .NET software development technologies, including Entity Framework Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, and AI service integration using OpenAI or Azure AI. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, assessing student progress, and continuously updating course content to reflect the latest releases in the Microsoft technology stack. Although not managing a team, this position demands leadership in student mentoring and technical guidance to foster growth and mastery of software development best practices.
Responsibilities

Deliver live instructor-led online courses on C#, ASP.NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies.
Teach advanced concepts including object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, design patterns, and dependency injection.
Guide students through enterprise application development covering ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and authentication techniques such as JWT, OAuth, and ASP.NET Core Identity.
Instruct on data access technologies including Entity Framework Core, Dapper, LINQ, and Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL).
Demonstrate and integrate AI services like OpenAI APIs and Azure AI into .NET applications, showcasing intelligent features such as chatbots and AI-powered functionalities.
Develop practical coding exercises, real-world projects, assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects aligned with business scenarios to enhance hands-on learning.
Review student code submissions, provide constructive technical feedback, and mentor individuals to improve coding standards and application design.
Prepare and maintain presentation slides, coding demonstrations, recorded lectures, and other educational materials to enable effective learning.
Continuously update course content to reflect the latest .NET versions and emerging Microsoft cloud technologies, including deployment to Azure App Services.
Exhibit strong presentation skills and confident camera presence to engage remote learners effectively during live sessions.
Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages questions and interaction, demonstrating patience and clarity when explaining complex technical concepts.
