Senior Cloud & DevOps Instructor (Azure | AWS | GCP | Kubernetes | Linux)

The Senior Cloud & DevOps Instructor leads the development and delivery of training programs at Blesso Cosmetics, focusing on cloud platforms, container orchestration, infrastructure automation, and production environment best practices. Key activities include teaching live sessions, designing detailed curriculum materials that include assignments and assessments, and providing personalized mentorship to help students succeed in mastering enterprise-scale cloud and DevOps tools. The role requires staying current with emerging technologies and evolving industry standards to keep the course content relevant and impactful. The instructor will cover topics such as Linux administration, networking concepts, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud security. Collaboration with curriculum planners and participation in technical reviews will further ensure high-quality educational offerings.
Responsibilities

Deliver live online training sessions covering Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, and other DevOps technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive course content including presentations, hands-on labs, assignments, and assessments tailored for enterprise cloud and DevOps learners.
Teach foundational and advanced concepts in cloud architecture, Linux administration, networking, container orchestration, and automation workflows.
Guide students through practical projects and real-world scenarios to solidify learning and ensure mastery of cloud deployment and management.
Explain and demonstrate the creation and management of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
Instruct on Infrastructure as Code principles and deployment using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
Cover best practices in monitoring, logging, security, load balancing, DNS, VPNs, SSL, and firewall configurations for enterprise cloud environments.
Mentor students by providing clear explanations, answering questions, and fostering engaging, interactive learning experiences.
Regularly update and refine course materials to incorporate the latest cloud innovations, industry trends, and learner feedback.
Participate actively in curriculum planning, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance course delivery and relevance.
Maintain excellent spoken English skills and confident presentation style suitable for online live instruction.
Support students development with personalized guidance and constructive feedback during classes and labs.
Ensure effective communication and high student engagement through dynamic teaching methods and strong online presence.
Collaborate with instructional designers and technical experts to create practical, hands-on learning experiences that mirror industry scenarios.
Uphold professional conduct and organizational standards while promoting a passion for knowledge sharing within a global learner community.
Stay self-motivated and organized to manage course delivery schedules, updates, and teaching responsibilities independently.
