- The role holder takes care of and oversees all the administrative tasks related to all Government Relations requirements for GCC visas, immigration, and Embassy Visa work.
- Visa Protector working.
- Attend to employees’ queries about visas and other related processes.
- Organize and Collect documentation for work visas for traveling staff.
- Observe the confidentiality of employees and other sensitive information.
- Establish good relationships with government departments related to GCC.
- Coordinate with the Consulate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Chamber of Commerce documentation, etc.
- License renewal (Business/Commercial/Professional/Industrial)
- New/ Renewal of membership certificate.
- Prepare and submit all related documents to Ministries and other statutory authorities without using an external service provider.
- Managed PRO Department
- Maintain, coordinate, and update the client database, records, and mailing lists.
- Establish Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
