Project Manager

Black Horse International is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with at least two years of experience to oversee various projects from initiation through completion. The role requires a proactive professional who excels in organizing project activities, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring that project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. This position does not involve team management but focuses heavily on coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to achieve project milestones and deliverables. The ideal candidate utilizes strong organizational and communication skills to handle complex project scheduling, budget oversight, and quality management. They will employ change management strategies to adapt plans when necessary and prepare detailed project reporting to keep leadership and stakeholders informed. This role demands a results-driven individual comfortable with financial planning and cost control to maintain project profitability and aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage project budgets including cost estimation, tracking, and control to prevent overruns.
Implement change management processes to address any project deviations or scope adjustments.
Create and maintain communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure quality standards are met by overseeing project activities and deliverables.
Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
Facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
Apply financial planning techniques to support budget management and project funding requirements.
Maintain documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes for transparency and future reference.
