We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you'll handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product/service information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process sales orders, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of call center experience (preferable).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Sales field.
