Bits Generation seeks a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong graphic design skills combined with creative thinking and a keen eye for detail. You will use your expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools to develop compelling social media posts, branding materials, and digital creatives that align with company goals. This role requires a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the desired message. You bring at least two years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your best work. In this position, you collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into impactful visual content. Your responsibilities include crafting brand identity designs, layouts suitable for print and digital media, and refining images through retouching and vector graphic techniques. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are critical to succeed in this fast-paced environment. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it plays a vital part in ensuring the company’s visual materials maintain high quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Create and design digital and print materials including social media posts, branding assets, brochures, flyers, and advertisements that meet the company’s visual standards.
- Develop creative concepts and graphic designs that effectively communicate the intended message and align with brand guidelines.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality artwork including image editing, retouching, and vector illustrations.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver visual designs that enhance user engagement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and current design trends to produce fresh and innovative designs.
- Organize and prepare design files for print production ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and preserving quality and consistency.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders for feedback and implement changes efficiently.
- Maintain and update a professional design portfolio to showcase ongoing work and design capabilities.
