We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to join our health and fitness coaching team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, including social media management, updates to health and fitness plans, and general administrative tasks. If you’re passionate about health and fitness, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have excellent organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Health & Fitness Plan Updates:

Make changes to client health and fitness plans as instructed.
Ensure all updates are accurate and delivered to clients promptly.
Maintain a library of resources, templates, and plans for easy access.

Administrative Support:

Manage email communications and client inquiries.
Organize and update client records and files.
Schedule appointments and manage the coaching calendar.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Client Relationship Management:

Send reminders, check-ins, and follow-ups to clients.
Assist in onboarding new clients, including setting up accounts and delivering introductory materials.
