Bitcode is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good command of spoken English. This role involves handling customer relationships and representing the company in international sales campaigns, primarily within a BPO call center environment. The Sales Executive will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service. The position requires adaptability to work night shifts and a strong willingness to engage with clients effectively.
This role is perfect for a proactive individual with 0-6 months of experience in sales or customer service, particularly in international sales campaigns. The candidate will contribute to building long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and a professional approach. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers in international sales campaigns.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships using effective communication techniques.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate company products or services.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow the companys sales processes and protocols to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.
- Work flexible hours including night shifts as required by business needs.
- Collaborate with team members to share information and support overall sales objectives.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks in all sales activities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
