We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist with 1-2 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining connections, and identifying business opportunities through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn to research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key connections.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads by connecting with potential clients.
  • Craft personalized messages and communication to effectively engage leads.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies to meet company goals.
  • Monitor and track lead engagement, providing regular progress updates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead conversion and client engagement.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn’s platform changes and best practices to optimize lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, specifically using LinkedIn.
  • Proven ability to identify and generate qualified leads.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn tools and features for business development.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSCS preferred).
