This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraiser at our Islamabad location. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating new donors and maintaining relationships with existing ones, organizing and managing fundraising events, and preparing grant proposals and reports. The Fundraiser will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- Fundraising and donor cultivation skills
- Experience in planning and executing successful fundraising events
- Grant writing and report preparation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of current fundraising trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or in the development sector is a plus
