Bin-Khalid Construction is seeking a skilled CAD Designer with at least three years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality drawings and enjoys collaborating with other professionals. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent technical skills in CAD design. The CAD Designer will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop detailed technical drawings that support construction projects. The CAD Designer is expected to create precise designs and ensure the drawings meet project requirements and industry standards. The candidate will regularly use advanced software tools for 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization, while preparing comprehensive documentation to support design processes. This position involves working on diverse construction projects, requiring both creativity and technical expertise to deliver effective design solutions. Although this role does not involve team management, the designer will actively collaborate within a team environment to help drive project success and achieve high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities

Develop detailed and accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Create and maintain design documentation, including drawings, revisions, and project notes that clearly communicate design intent.
Utilize 3D modeling software to produce realistic visualizations and renderings that facilitate design review and approval processes.
Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications before submission.
Continuously update skills and knowledge of CAD software tools and industry trends to improve design quality and efficiency.
Work diligently to produce high-quality output while meeting project deadlines and managing multiple assignments.
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.
Apply a strong attention to detail and quality control measures to identify and correct potential design errors early in the process.
Support project teams by providing technical design assistance and ensuring that drawings integrate seamlessly into construction workflows.
