We are looking for a dynamic and driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, with a focus on cold calling and developing new business opportunities. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and boosting already-driven revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in Canada to introduce Bims Solutions products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and outreach.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
