Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management and Monitoring:
Monitor attendance of staff and prepare daily attendance reports.
Oversee front desk operations, ensuring professional-patient interactions and completion of daily tasks.
Manage the shift calendar and coordinate with senior managers to delegate sub-tasks to subordinate staff.
Task Assignment and Follow-Up:
Assign tasks to office staff, medical assistants, and field technicians, ensuring clarity and follow-up on duties.
Ensure medical assistants manage patient appointments efficiently and maintain inventory reports for restocking.
Quality Assurance:
Review the performance of field technicians, focusing on the quality of medical procedures and accuracy of paperwork.
Identify deficiencies in documentation, provide feedback, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Keep periodic reports and reminders to ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities and any additional tasks assigned.
Reporting and Coordination:
