Accountant

We're looking for a QuickBooks Online Accountant to join our team during night shifts. If you enjoy reconciling numbers, writing detailed reports, and solving problems, this might be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Reconcile online transactions to ensure everything aligns perfectly
Update the status of cashed checks in QuickBooks
Follow up on accounts payable and receivable
Send invoice reminders and keep the cash flow smooth
Write clear, insightful reports on the status of accounts and transactions
Occasionally be on call to communicate with invoice vendors (nighttime calls may be required)
Manage all tasks weekly to meet deadlines and expected outcomes

What We're Looking For:

Experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred, but we can train quick learners!)
Strong problem-solving skills and a love for detailed report writing
Ability to manage your time and complete tasks independently during the night shift
Willingness to be on call to speak with vendors when needed
A bachelor’s degree in any field is great, but experience matters more than credentials!
