One of our brand is looking for a Customer Support Agent with strong communication skills. The agent must be able to resolve customers’ queries and fill them in with the required information. The agent should be able to provide adequate assistance to customers and guide them accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Well acquainted with skills of handling customers(feedbacks/complaints)
Knowledge of basic computer applications(Browsing, MS Office)
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
Maintaining the highest level of service by dealing with customers efficiently and increasing sales
Provide swift responses to customers on-time
Deliver a standard customer experience by maintaining the core values of our company
Requirements:
Should have 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or related field
Must be familiar with cold calling
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong communication skills
Experience in dealing with customers’ queries
