We need a Marketing Operations Coordinator! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
You are a self-motivated and reliable person with outstanding leadership and organizational skills, and demonstrated experience in strategy and planning. Supporting various projects, you will be responsible for program management, focussing on lifting the company’s strategy and engagement by improving our processes.
You have marketing automation experience, you are process-oriented, and you have the proficiency and desire to gain experience with different tools and processes, as well as working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, your main responsibility will be supporting, developing, implementing, and monitoring key business strategies and operational targets.
You must be familiar with Asana and with project structure and management.
Key responsabilities:
Establishing and tracking operations-plan evaluations to measure performance
Prepare performance reports that reflect progress toward performance targets and KPIs
Assure project delivery on time
Offer coaching and guidance to establish and maintain services that empower the participants
Perform support work when required
Collaborate with other teams to identify barriers and ensure effective service operation.
Must have:
3 to 4+ years of experience with marketing project management
Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects while maintaining the highest standard of quality
A calm and collected approach to problem-solving
Exceptional communication skills
Master or higher level of education
