We need a Creative Coordinator! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

As the Creative Coordinator, you will align campaign strategies with creative assets, ensuring all designs are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign KPIs in different platforms.

Leading the conceptualization and design of high-impact ad creatives for various formats (static display images, YouTube ad videos, landing pages, etc.), creating compelling ad designs that not only look aesthetically appealing but also drive conversions, and maintaining an organized library of all creative assets, ensuring that they are easily accessible for future campaigns or iterations will be part of your main responsibilities as well.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity for different platforms

  • Landing page optimization

  • Performance Marketing focus

  • Google Ads and YouTube Ads

  • Developing compelling ad copy and visuals

  • A/B Testing

  • Deadline Management

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Creative Coordinator working with performance advertising (preferably with Google and YouTube)

  • Creative Portfolio of previous work

  • Proficiency with Photoshop and Canva. Must have the ability to switch between one and other

  • Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects while maintaining the highest standard of quality

  • A calm and collected approach to problem-solving

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Impeccable command of the English language. To be able to attract, influence, and convert with limited characters.

  • Master or higher level of education preferred
