Bid Winners is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Specialist with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role focuses on gathering, verifying, and managing critical data to support our business growth initiatives, particularly in email marketing and lead generation. The ideal candidate is skilled in data entry, data verification, and database management, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate and reliable information. You will also be expected to perform comprehensive web research to identify potential contractors and subcontractors, thereby contributing directly to our sales outreach efforts. As a Data Collection Specialist leading a small team of two, you will be responsible for overseeing daily data operations and ensuring the quality of outputs from your team members. Your expertise in email deliverability protocols, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and inbox placement, combined with strong lead research and copywriting abilities, will play a vital role in crafting personalized and effective cold email campaigns. This position demands excellent skills in managing data using Excel and Google Sheets to drive precise and actionable marketing strategies.
Responsibilities

Collect, enter, and verify data accurately to build and maintain company databases.
Conduct thorough online research to identify leads, contractors, and subcontractors relevant to company projects.
Manage and organize data using Excel and Google Sheets to support marketing and sales teams.
Develop and implement best practices for data verification ensuring high data quality standards.
Lead and coordinate a team of two to ensure effective data collection and verification processes.
Create and optimize cold email outreach campaigns including writing personalized sales emails.
Monitor and improve email deliverability by managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC settings, and tracking inbox placement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align data collection efforts with business objectives.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve lead generation and outreach strategies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in compliance with company policies.
