As a Night Agent in our call center, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients during overnight hours. You will handle a variety of inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously.
  • Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Process orders, returns, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or management as needed.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM 
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
