Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage and streamline financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and effectively utilize Odoo’s accounting modules to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements using Odoo ERP.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support financial planning.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other applicable laws.
Generate financial reports such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage payroll processes in coordination with HR.
Identify and implement process improvements in accounting operations within Odoo ERP.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.
Provide financial data and analysis for audits and internal reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience, with a focus on Odoo ERP.
Proficiency in using Odoo’s accounting modules (e.g., invoicing, payment processing, and reporting).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
Prior experience in a similar role in a corporate or ERP-integrated environment.
