Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including vouchers, ledgers, and expense reports, in compliance with donor and organizational guidelines.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
Process payments, advances, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for submission to the Manager Finance and donors.

2. Compliance and Audit

Ensure all financial transactions are compliant with BSWA policies, donor regulations, and local laws.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documents and information.

3. Administrative Support

Manage project office administration, including procurement of supplies and services.
Maintain organized records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
Support logistics for meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

4. Inventory and Asset Management

Maintain an updated inventory of project assets and ensure proper usage and documentation.
Conduct periodic checks to verify the condition and location of assets.

5. Coordination and Communication

Collaborate with the project team to provide financial and administrative support as needed.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
