We are seeking motivated and proactive District Coordinators for Khairpur, Sukkur, and Shikarpur districts. The District Coordinator will ensure the effective implementation of project activities, mobilize youth, and foster collaboration with local government representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities and ensure timely implementation.
Mobilize 30 youth participants per district and facilitate the formation of Youth Councils.
Organize training sessions, community outreach activities, and engagement meetings with stakeholders.
Document project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community development or project coordination.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Fluency in Sindhi, Urdu, and English.

Job Location: Based in Khairpurwith frequent travel at Khairpur, Sukkur and Shikarpur.
