Production Manager

B&H SURGICAL INSTRUMENT is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the entire production process within the company. The role involves managing a team of 250 persons to ensure efficient production planning, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and maintaining strict quality control measures. The Production Manager takes full responsibility for streamlining pipeline flow and optimizing manufacturing operations to meet the company's high standards and production goals. The Production Manager leads efforts to coordinate resources, monitor production schedules, and supervise staff performance to deliver surgical instruments that comply with industry regulations and customer expectations. This position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and strong expertise in production planning, lean manufacturing techniques, and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will excel in managing large teams while ensuring safety, productivity, and continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain production plans that align with company objectives and customer demands.
Manage and supervise a large production team of 250 persons, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Optimize pipeline flow to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations without bottlenecks or delays.
Monitor production processes using lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve overall productivity.
Implement and enforce quality control protocols to guarantee product compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials and equipment necessary for uninterrupted production.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting best practices among team members.
Analyze production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues and improve machinery performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and cost-effectiveness across all production activities.
Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
Communicate effectively with senior management and other departments to align production objectives with company goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation related to production activities.
