We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our social media and content creation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content (including visuals, videos, and written material) for multiple platforms, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement. This is a remote position, and the candidate must be able to work independently and manage their time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create and curate compelling content (e.g., posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive brand sentiment.

Content Creation:

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content, including posters, banners, and short/long video clips for social media and the company's website.
  • Write compelling and SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and other content for the company's website and external publications.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure consistent and engaging content production.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation trends, tools, and best practices.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of content.
  • Identify and leverage influencer marketing opportunities to amplify the brand's reach and credibility.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media and content marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Continuously optimize content and strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Time Management and Administrative Tasks:

  • Accurately track and record time spent on projects and tasks using the company's time tracking system.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to projects and campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and deliverables.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of English language and grammar.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, social media management tools).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting and leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and trends in content marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members remotely.
