Your primary responsibility would be to identify and pursue business opportunities for Beyond Coders. You will conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify potential clients and develop effective strategies to increase Beyond Coder's customer base and revenue.

Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base through strong client relationships. You will be promoting Beyond Coder's products and services and working towards achieving sales targets, which will contribute to Beyond Coder's growth, profitability, and continued success in a competitive business environment.

Responsibilities

1. Generate New Opportunities:

  •   Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  •   Analyze competitor strategies and develop plans to differentiate the company's offerings.
  •   Stay updated on industry news, events, and emerging technologies.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  •   Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
  •   Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  •   Create and maintain a database of prospective clients and track progress in CRM software.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  •   Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  •   Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals to offer tailored solutions.
  •   Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to win new business and maintain client satisfaction.

4. Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

  •   Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients.
  •   Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.
  •   Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to close deals.

5. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  •   Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  •   Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  •   Continuously explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  •   Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure smooth project handovers.
  •   Collaborate with the management team to develop business development plans and strategies.
  •   Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales, specifically in managing outbound communications and ensuring consistency throughout the sales process.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building robust relationships and establishing client trust.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development and technologies.
  • Highly motivated and driven individual with a strong focus on exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in leveraging CRM software and lead generation systems as well.
  • Effectively managing pipelines and generating reports.
