Civil engineer

Beverly Hills Developers is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with at least 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for applying comprehensive engineering knowledge to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing a team of two professionals, coordinating labor handling, and employing advanced technical tools to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in structural analysis, construction management, surveying, and the use of software such as SAP2000. They will lead site operations, perform detailed computations using coordinate geometry methods, and collaborate on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) components to support project goals. Strong leadership and management skills are essential to guide the team effectively and maintain project timelines and standards.
Responsibilities

Plan, design, and supervise construction projects ensuring adherence to safety codes and engineering standards.
Conduct structural analysis to assess and guarantee the stability and durability of structures using SAP2000 and other relevant tools.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction management, including scheduling, budgeting, and labor handling.
Perform surveying tasks utilizing total station equipment to gather precise measurements and data essential for project planning and execution.
Execute coordinate geometry (COGO) computations for land and site development purposes with accuracy.
Oversee MEP coordination to ensure integration with structural elements, facilitating entire system functionality.
Lead and manage a team of two civil engineering professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with local government regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout project phases.
Prepare and review engineering plans, technical reports, and documentation for client presentations and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges effectively.
Monitor and inspect construction sites regularly to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Implement best practices in construction processes to optimize resource utilization and minimize risks and delays.
