Accountant

Beverly Hills Developers is seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and general ledger management. This role requires a professional with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience and an MBA in Finance to ensure precise financial operations and adherence to compliance standards. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable and receivable, as well as the use of accounting and ERP software such as SAP and Oracle to maintain accurate financial records and support strategic decision-making. This position involves managing the full spectrum of accounting activities including overseeing audits, financial analysis, and tax management. Although this role does not involve direct team management, the Accountant will coordinate with other departments and external auditors to maintain high standards of financial integrity. The candidates responsibility extends to producing insightful financial models and statements that support the organization's financial health and compliance goals.
Responsibilities

Maintain and oversee accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform account reconciliation and manage the general ledger to guarantee the accuracy of financial data.
Lead the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Oversee budgeting processes and support forecasting activities to aid in financial planning and resource allocation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain effective cash flow management.
Utilize accounting software and ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle, for efficient financial data management and reporting.
Coordinate audit activities, including preparation of documentation and facilitating communication with auditors.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to provide insights into financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, accounting standards, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and provide financial insights critical to decision-making.
