We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with 4–5 years of proven experience in the U.S.A property management industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of property maintenance, tenant relations, lease agreements, financial reporting, and local property laws. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing a portfolio of residential or commercial properties. Proficiency in property management software and a proven track record in increasing property value or tenant satisfaction will be a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in property management, preferably with a reputable company in the USA.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, property maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, or Buildium).
