English Instructor - Project- Based Job

Berlitz Pakistan is seeking a dedicated English Instructor to deliver high-quality language education through project-based learning approaches. The instructor plays a pivotal role in enhancing students' language proficiency and communication skills by implementing effective classroom management strategies and engaging teaching methodologies. This role requires working closely with a substantial team of 200 professionals, fostering a collaborative environment aimed at delivering an exceptional learning experience. The instructor is expected to manage diverse student needs and continuously evaluate learning progress to ensure educational goals are met effectively. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong assessment and evaluation capabilities combined with a thorough understanding of language instruction principles. The position demands flexibility to work six days a week, from Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The candidate should possess at least sixteen years of education and have a minimum of one year of experience in teaching English or related roles, showcasing both passion and proficiency for language instruction within a structured academic framework.
Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive English language instruction utilizing project-based and interactive teaching methods.
Develop, implement, and maintain lesson plans that align with Berlitz Pakistan's curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Apply effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Engage students actively to enhance participation and facilitate improved communication skills and language proficiency.
Conduct regular assessment and evaluation of student progress to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with a large team to share best practices, coordinate training sessions, and contribute to program enhancements.
Manage classroom resources efficiently and maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate various learning styles and abilities, ensuring inclusivity in education.
Support continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and educational technology.
Maintain punctuality and reliability, adhering to the work schedule of Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
